Statement of Intent and Values

The Management of Secur & Secur Network Srl, in order to pursue the goal of continuous improvement in the performance of its integrated quality and environmental management system, in full compliance with its own ethical and social responsibility principles, has decided to introduce a sustainable event management system in the company, according to ISO 20121.

The organization operates by following the reference values defined in the Integrated Policy document, from which the principles on which they are based can be consulted:

• ✓ Competence, seriousness and professionalism of the staff,
• ✓ Involvement, respect and fulfillment of stakeholder expectations;
• ✓ Analysis and implementation of corporate sustainability performance;
• ✓ Reduction of risks and impacts;
• ✓ Increased performance also in relation to potential investors and sponsors.It is the primary objective of the company to maintain the above values also in the organization of events.
  Each event should be designed following a path of sustainable management of environmental, social and economic resources, giving evidence of it, in order to obtain consensus, awareness and participation of all stakeholders (interested parties). Suppliers will be chosen on the basis of their adherence to our sustainability principles with reference to environmental management, health and safety and social responsibility, and awareness and subsequent evaluation of them will be carried out.Each stakeholder will be involved according to total compliance with the principles of integrity, treating all stakeholders in an open, honest and fair manner, and inclusiveness, i.e. through the use of active involvement and opinion-gathering tools such as surveys and questionnaires, but also face-to-face meetings. Secur & Secur Network Srl prefers to use mutual learning environments in which stakeholders are given the opportunity to understand objectives and decision-making processes.Through responsible management and according to the fundamental principle of transparency, Secur & Secur Network Srl aims to conduct its business with honesty, good faith and without fraud and deception.Every performance is budgeted, measured, analyzed and reported in order to continuously improve and provide all stakeholders with evidence of application of a virtuous Management System, based on the following principles of sustainable development.

Economic Sustainability

Secur & Secur Network Srl organizes every event with the understanding that economic and material resources are the driving force behind every activity. It is for this reason that, through the application of a management system in accordance with ISO 20121:2013, it is committed to continuously using an approach based on choices that allow to find consistent solutions, capable of weighting costs, with a view to giving due value to environmental and social aspects.

It is also committed to directing organizational choices, depending on the individual event, toward services and technologies with reduced environmental impact and methods of work organization that allow a reduction in consumption and consequently costs. The investment in training and the choice to involve human and material resources in the long term remains the main among the principles that move every activity.

Social Sustainability

To er the realization of a sustainable event Secur & Secur Network Srl is committed to considering, and managing according to its values, social aspects such as:

• The consideration of the needs and expectations of all stakeholders;
• inclusiveness and the absence of gap between workers with equal qualifications and skills;
• The maintenance of high health and safety conditions for workers and participants;
• -The focus on accessibility for people with disabilities;
• -Awareness raising among suppliers about our sustainability principles;
• -The evaluation of possible charitable initiatives at the event.

Secur & Secur Network Srl analyzes and gets all environmental factors related to the organization of each event to the best of its ability.
The aspects that are considered concern the reduction of pollutant emissions and the protection of the existing environment. In particular:

• • Appropriate use of the land and soil on which the event will take place;
  • The selection of suppliers who favor the use of recyclable and natural/biodegradable raw materials and who demonstrate that they pay attention to organizational choices aimed at reducing consumption and waste;
  • The effective organization of transportation (of materials and participants);
  • The proper disposal of all types of waste produced;
  • The containment of water consumption resulting from the event;
  • The reduction of emissions of CO2 and other gaseous pollutants that can increase the greenhouse effect;
  • Compliance with noise emission levels in line with zoning and reference standards.The results obtained, including in the form of CO2 emissions, will be made explicit in the form of an overall report for the individual event. In relation to these emissions, the company will consider appropriate forms of "compensation".It is the intention of Secur & Secur NETWORK SRL to carry out assessments prior to the organization of each event concerning compliance with the aforementioned values and elements, involving all internal (and if necessary external) functions, to ensure an effective study.
    At the conclusion of the events, further analysis of performance will be carried out to verify compliance with the values and principles of sustainability and to define possible actions to improve the system.All activities will be managed in compliance with the company procedures defined in the UNI EN ISO 9001:2015, UNI EN ISO 14001:2015 and UNI ISO 20121:13 certified company management systems.
